Unfortunately, we have all seen these upsetting videos on the news and social media…
Airline passengers who get unruly and act abusive to the flight crew and to other passengers as well.
Well, I had just such an encounter the other day with someone sitting next to me on a plane from Seattle.
She got nasty and abusive when I spoke with her and it really escalated.
She was obviously drunk and even drank four additional mini bottles during the first 40 minutes we were in the air.
So, what happened?
I ran the numbers.
And in doing so I gave myself a healthier happier perspective overall.

Is this really a true story? I’m amazed to hear this from you! It certainly makes you more human to me, I’ll try to remember this next time I fall off the non-complaining wagon (I’m in the early days, I’ve made massive changes and I’m getting better and better but it’s still a lot!) !
