JumpStart- Feeling Sorry for Yourself

VIDEO

AUDIO

SYNOPSIS

What if, rather than feeling sorry for yourself when something painful happened, you instead began to work to resolve this situation as best as you could?

Look, whatever is upsetting you, you’re going to get over it so why not do it now and feel free?

The pain of most experiences lingers not because of the seriousness of the incident but because we replay it over and over in our heads.

This keeps tearing open the wound.

If you’re dealing with a problem that seems unfair and too big (and, who isn’t?) take the shortcut to feeling better.

Skip the feeling sorry for yourself stuff — get off the pity potty and do something about it.
