Well, during the quarantine we find ourselves at home with no one watching and so, how is your level of integrity?
Are you living in integrity by consuming (both mentally and physically) what’s going to nourish you are you indulging in junk food?
Who are you now that no one’s watching?
Who you are now is, more than likely, who you secretly are so begin to choose who you are now with intention.
Be in integrity with your goals and highest aspirations now and it will be easier when you’re back in public surrounded by people.
