Is there something on your mind that’s eating at you?
It’s normal to experience challenging people and situations but if you’ve got several issues it’s probably something for you to look at in yourself.
The difficult but vital question to ask is, “ Is it life? Or, is it me.”
Often, our greatest problem is our own thoughts and by changing our thoughts we can lessen or eliminate many of our problems.
