JumpStart Dealing with Difficult People

JumpStart Dealing with Difficult People – many times when we are working with someone we find to be challenging it’s easy for us to withdraw and to become less engaged with that person.

This is a natural instinct.

However, sometimes the most important thing we can do is to empower that person.

In doing so, we call forth the best that is in them and we express our faith that they can rise to new and higher levels.

When I was a young boy – – a very difficult young boy, someone used this technique on me and it worked brilliantly.

Perhaps it’ll work for you. Check out the video.
