JumpStart – Stabbing Your Problems With a Pen

Our ego minds are always trying to convince us that we have more problems than we think we do.

This overwhelms us and makes it easier to control.

To break free we have to put our problems into perspective and the best way to do that is to stab them with a pen.

In other words, sit down and write about our problems exhaustively until new solutions come into view.

Try this practice of identifying, understanding, and working through your problems and you will find that you’re a lot less stressed.

Put your problems into perspective by stabbing them with the pen.
