JumpStart – Gratitude

We all know the importance of gratitude.

It’s just that sometimes it’s hard to keep a grateful spirit.

Many of us are fortunate in so many ways and yet we take what we have for granted.

Now, before you feel bad about this lack of gratitude, you need to understand that there’s a psychological barrier that makes it hard for you to feel grateful.

Once you understand this natural barrier, you can free yourself from its affects, become a more grateful person, and enjoy life more.
