Here’s a recipe for removing fear and anxiety.
- Write down ALL of your problems
- Figure out which of them you can impact and which you need to release to a greater power
- Figure out what you can do to improve the problems you can affect and take action
- Write out If / Then plans (eg: “If this happens, then I will…”)
This simple, powerful step-by-step process will eliminate stress and fear and make you feel lighter and happier throughout your day.
