One of the things I love about the book  “the emotionally abusive relationship” by Beverly Engel is that she recommends movies to watch that will get you back in touch with long-buried emotions.

Through a process she calls cocooning, Engel recommends you sit and watch these movies, journal, and get in touch with your emotions.
