The other day I was watching a Seinfeld episode in which several characters discussed whether or not Elaine possessed the quality of grace.

Grace is defined as “simple elegance or refinement of movement” or “courteous goodwill” and it’s not the exclusive right of “Downtown Abby” characters. 

Grace is something that’s considered to be for the rich but it’s actually a highly sought-after behavior we can all cultivate.
