Remember the California Raisins?
They were claymation commercial characters promoting raisins from California to the world dancing to “Heard it through the grapevine.”
(Really great marketing if I remember it all these years, right?)
Well, raisins come from grapes and today I’m traveling to deliver a speech at a winery so I wanted to remind you of some important lessons we can learn from grapes:
- Our options are ripe or rot (just like a grape)
- You can choose who and what causes you to ripen (unlike a grape)
- One thing determines 90% of who you are (and you can control it)
