When I was a kid, I wanted to play the drums but my mother, however, insisted we all learn to play piano first before moving on to other instruments.

My teacher Miss Nell required a practice journal at each lesson — I hated the piano and so I rarely practiced.

I decided to do a week’s worth of practice in one day pushing myself through 3 hours of clunky scales but rather than improving, I discovered:

  • This made me hate the piano even more
  • A little every day adds up to a lot more than a lot now and then
  • Little consistencies are the secret to great lives

Let’s talk about how to incorporate little things that improve your life into your day starting now >>>
