Synopsis

One of the great benefits I’m seeing during this time of isolation is that there seems to be an epidemic of forgiveness going on.

People (typically family members) who have held grudges for decades are now overlooking past grievances and realizing that it’s NOT principle that matters — it’s family.

The world “forgive” does not mean calling or writing to someone and telling them they are forgiven.

“Forgive” means to release your own resentment.

Forgiveness is a personal and internal process that leads to health, happiness, and joy.

If you want to experience one of the great blessings of this pandemic, take time to forgive others — in your own heart.

Say to yourself, “(NAME) I give thanks for the blessing you’ve been in my life, I release you to God and now live the lesson.”

Then if you feel inclined, pick up the phone and give them a call.

Be sure and post your questions and comments, I reply to them all personally.
